If you already have BEP-20 tokens, there are three ways to convert them into BNB:

• In-wallet conversion
  • TrustWallet
  • MetaMask
• CEX
• DEX

In-wallet conversion

In this example we will be converting USDT into BNB on TrustWallet and MetaMast. The process may differ with a different wallet and/or currency.

1. First, you will need to identify which network your cryptocurrency is on.
2. Next, find your cryptocurrency on any of the exchanges that support BNB withdrawal and deposit it.
3. Sell your cryptocurrency.
4. Buy BNB
5. Withdraw BNB onto your MetaMask or any of the wallets supported by WallectConnect
